More than 200 people participated in Virtual Hunters, a day organized by the Aragonese Audiovisual Cluster.
Virtual Hunters brought together over 200 people for a professional day dedicated to artificial intelligence and virtual production. The event, organized by the Aragonese Audiovisual Cluster (Clada) with sponsorship from the Aragonese Institute of Promotion and support from CEEI Aragón, took place on October 27, 2025, at the Etopia – Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Technology of Zaragoza.
The meeting featured participation from Sara Fernández, Councilor for Culture, Education and Tourism of the Zaragoza City Council and head of the Zaragoza Film Office, who highlighted «the importance of the audiovisual sector as a driver of innovation, talent, and visibility» and identified this moment as an opportunity for the industry. Javier Martínez, director of CEEI, closed the day with his final remarks.
Themes and Technological Transformations
The 2025 edition explored how virtual production and generative artificial intelligence are transforming the creation and distribution of audiovisual content. Topics discussed included virtual influencers, real-time immersive production, integration of AI into creative processes, and dual-tech opportunities connecting audiovisual sectors with industries such as aerospace and defense. According to the event, these technologies democratize advanced tools that allow small production companies to compete globally.

Notable participants included Isaac Bergadà (Virtual Production Manager at Grup Mediapro), Ignacio Lacosta (co-founder of XReality Studios), Carmelo García (Audiovisual Production Lead at Hogarth Studios), Gabriel García (Director of Innovation at Integra), Helio Percha and Andy García (co-creative directors at The Clueless AIgency), Inés Villa (director of AERA – Aragonese Aerospace Cluster), Conrado Cebollero (head of Dual Industry at the Zaragoza Chamber of Commerce), María Coronado Álvarez (Director of Audiovisual at Spain AVHub), and Roberta Bueso (Director of International Relations at Hacer Creativo).
Projects and Sector Positioning
During the event, the project Distrito 7 was presented, initiated by the Zaragoza City Council, which aims to become the new audiovisual hub of the city. Clada, which currently groups 55 companies within the Aragonese audiovisual ecosystem, has presided over the Network of Audiovisual Clusters of Spain (REDCAU) since September 2025, positioning Aragon as a national reference in cooperation and audiovisual development. Adriana Oliveros, president of Clada, remarked that «the Aragonese audiovisual sector is experiencing an unprecedented transformation and growth,» while Santiago Navarro, vice president and head of the event, concluded that the sector «generates innovation, employment and pride.»
