The Confederation of Small and Medium Enterprises of Aragon (CEPYME Aragón) has presented the ELITE School, a new training initiative aimed at entrepreneurs and SMEs, developed in collaboration with MAX Estrem.
The ELITE School (School of Leadership, Innovation, and Business Transformation) is designed as a practical proposal aimed at helping small and medium enterprises tackle challenges such as absenteeism, talent turnover, time management, operational overload, and team development in uncertain environments.
According to information provided by the organization, the initiative is not structured as a series of isolated courses but as a roadmap applied to each company, with the goal of training leaders capable of mobilizing commitment, productivity, and cooperation within their teams. The proposal is based on the understanding that many of the current challenges faced by SMEs are not solely technical but also human, emphasizing the quality of relationships, the generation of commitment, and the management of decisions and conflicts.
One of the standout aspects of ELITE is its approach directly connected to the business reality: participants work on real situations affecting their own teams, using technological tools that allow for real-time measurement of aspects such as commitment, relationship quality, and leadership evolution. The program focuses not only on the leader but also on the unit of change formed by the leader and their team.
The ELITE School is organized into four strategic trainings:
- The first addresses uncertainty and human complexity as a foundation for building cultures of commitment.
- The second focuses on strategies to improve productivity and free up time within teams.
- The third works on delegation and the culture of feedback to foster more autonomous and responsible teams.
- The fourth analyzes the transformation of destructive conflict into creative conflict, turning usual tensions into opportunities for organizational improvement.
With this initiative, CEPYME Aragón strengthens its training offer of high added value, connected with the real needs of Aragonese SMEs and aimed at generating tangible results in business management.
