Zaragoza hosted the third bootcamp of Generación Propósito 2.0 on September 18 and 19, 2026, a program run by the Fundación Princesa de Girona that brought together 13 young entrepreneurs to advance projects with social, environmental, educational, and technological impact.
Zaragoza brings together 13 young entrepreneurs around impact-driven innovation
The event, organized jointly with Fundación Ibercaja, included two young entrepreneurs from Zaragoza developing initiatives linked to rural communities, innovation, and employability. The projects are at different stages of development and span areas including health and well-being, education, social inclusion, sustainability, culture, equal opportunity, and technology applied to social impact.
The first day took place at the Fundación Ibercaja Youth Space, where Liquid delivered a hands-on artificial intelligence workshop for entrepreneurial teams. Participants worked in groups using tools designed to improve processes, generate ideas, analyze information, and advance their own initiatives.
The session explored applications of artificial intelligence for research, content structuring, materials creation, and the development of solutions in entrepreneurs’ day-to-day work. The program positions these technologies as tools for addressing real-world challenges through youth-led projects.
Palacio de Larrinaga connects art, leadership, and project transformation
The second day moved to the Palacio de Larrinaga, the venue for an arts-based leadership experience led by Sílvia Benaiges, manager of Fundación Heura and founder of Liderar con Arte. The building’s history and transformation served as a starting point for reflecting on the evolution of entrepreneurial initiatives.
Through the palace’s historical, artistic, and heritage narrative, participants considered which elements of their projects they should preserve, which they should transform, and what value they can bring to society. The activity focused on observation, dialogue, and incorporating different perspectives into decision-making.
The bootcamp also included an entrepreneurship leadership skills workshop led by María Palacín, focused on effective communication, active listening, feedback, change management, and emotional intelligence. Meanwhile, Alwa led a session on socially responsible entrepreneurship, aimed at integrating social values, sustainability, and ethical commitment from the project-design stage.
Generación Propósito 2.0 will continue in Seville before a final campus in Girona
The Zaragoza event was the third of four bootcamps scheduled for September, following sessions in Girona and Madrid. The program will conclude with the Seville event on September 25 and 26, bringing together nearly 120 young people from 29 provinces and 14 autonomous communities.
According to Gema Guzmán, director of Talent Programs at Fundación Princesa de Girona, social impact is the starting point of Generación Propósito. The program offers practical, tailored support adapted to the maturity of each initiative, with the aim of turning ideas into solutions that drive positive social change.
The program will continue throughout September and October and conclude with an in-person campus in the province of Girona, from November 12 to 15. Up to 50 young people will present the progress of their projects, while the five initiatives selected for the final stage will receive six months of personalized mentoring with Aticco Lab.
