On Saturday, October 4, the Fiestas del Pilar 2025 will kick off in Zaragoza with a packed agenda from early morning until late at night. Music, theater, sports, parades, fireworks, and activities for all ages create an intense program designed for both residents and visitors of the city.

Additionally, photography workshops for teenagers are scheduled at the Espacio Xplora Ibercaja, chess tournaments, the Aragonese jota contest at the Auditorium, and children’s activities such as storytelling, puppet theater, and face painting.
Afternoon: Shows, Parades, and Groups Starting in the late afternoon, the atmosphere becomes more festive with the parade of local groups (5:30 PM), the Interpeñas Announcement from Plaza España, and the International Circus Festival in Valdespartera. Other offerings include musicals (The Pillars of the Earth, Mamma Mia!), children’s theater, magic, and stand-up comedy. Meanwhile, food trucks enliven spaces like San Pablo Park.
Evening and Culmination of the Day The most formal moment comes with the reading of the official proclamation from the balcony of the City Hall, followed by fireworks that mark the official start of the festivities. Regarding music and shows, the stages will be bustling: Pablo López will perform at the Ambar Stage in Plaza del Pilar, with comedy shows, tribute acts, cabaret, and more concerts in venues like Oasis or Casa del Loco.
